Consumer Centric Selling Training Program
Recognizing that continued industry growth demands a sales
environment in which potential purchasers feel comfortable and confident
as well as the need to address the ongoing concern with negative
consumer perception of the industry, the AIF has developed this
consumer-centric sales training program. Geared toward timeshare sales
professionals, the program seeks to uphold ARDA standards for sales
practices, allowing salespeople and customers to interact with respect,
courtesy and integrity. The goal of the program is to increase the
potential industry sales, broaden the base of consumers who will
consider timeshare products available, and increase customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
Consumer Centric Selling is available as a modular training program.
Individual resort sites may choose any combination of the five modules
to fit into existing sales training programs. Or conduct all five
modules for a comprehensive six-hour (suggested time) course.

- The Most Important Person
- Dignity & Respect
- Accuracy & Truthfulness
- Promises & Representations in Writing
- Follow Up & Customer Service

group activities

Video clips demonstrating key topics as well as additional
suggested movie clips for further discussion
